I'm home for Christmas

I just got home here in the province again until New Year. If you can check out my “Happy Fiesta” entry, I also went home here in the province. It somewhat reminded me how long our vacation when I was in gradeschool because most of local special occassions were packed into a single month.

Being here again, makes me remember how I have grown since my childhood; the experiences I’ve been through and also the conception of Myphe Networks.

Digitalized

I stayed late tonight to do a task long had been on queue. I got a bag full of photo albums from my vacation when I got home in the Province last October. I was happy and felt vindicated when I found this photo albums because I thought I already lost them hence, I lost a part of my past.

There has this period of my grade school days when I got interested of taking photographs. That was the time when I had this reusable manual camera free from Jollibee (I already forgot if it is really free). And every time I already used up all the shots of the film, I ask my parents to have it printed. But the use of that camera was short-lived because it was expensive having the photographs printed that time! LOL… During that time I even asked permission to keep and organize some of the photo albums until one day… Actually I really don’t know how I lost the photo albums.

Fortunately, someone saved them for me… Maybe my mom just sneaked off my room and got them thinking I might lost them, which actually bugged me (that I lost it) through the years until now.

Now that I have this photo albums back, I thought of having them scanned on my pc and store them online, share them with my online friends (through friendster, myspace) and/or just keep it private on my pc/usb drive.

Another good thing, I still have that Jollibee manual camera with “tweety and silvester” design.

Monito Monita 2008

Good Day ‘mates!

Haven’t been online for a while. I had to finish alot of things before the christmas break plus the stress of thinking what to buy for the exchange gifts.

This is the busiest christmas I had ever experienced yet, in my college years. Imagine around 5 exchange gifts which I had participated, and imagine the time to think what to give. But in the end you’ll feel the joy, even if you haven’t received yours (that wasn’t me). Remember the saying, “it’s better to give than to receive,” aight!

We had our exchange gifts on our hospital duty. On our first rotation; we had 3 exchange gifts, 1 every day of the duty and started from December 3,8 and 9 -the last day our Christmas Party. While the second rotation; we only had one-on the Christmas Party. And finally, one for our class Christmas Party.

Happy Fiesta

It’s been a tiring day yesterday. I got home near 10pm, and after I made a call I got my self sleeping immediately. Poor boy. I haven’t even started my homework. That’s why yesterdays task had an extension this morning. I got my self cramming and fortunately I wasn’t late for class.

As christmas vacation getting closer, I am expecting busier days. I’ll be leaving tonight after class to go to the province. I am starting a devotion to Our Lady of Immaculate Conception in my hometown in Bani, Pangasinan. It’s my way of thanking for all the blessings heaven has given to each member of my family.
