Summertime 2009
I’ve been outside today to help my girlfriend settle some problems, and walked under the scorching heat of the summer sunshine. Finding a shade somewhere on the road, or maybe have a cold coke fruit juice to temporarily escape from the heat, but whatever you do, you can’t deny it, it is already summer in the Philippines.
Fortunately, I will be leaving tonight for Baguio City with my girlfriend, 250 Km away from Manila, the Summer Capital of the Philippines and Horse Capital of the Philippine? Better watch I-witness to learn more about that. It wasn’t actually a vacation since I have some paperworks to attend with for my the problem I have mentioned. Of course, it will not be satisfactory if I won’t even enjoy at least a piece of it. At the end of the day, if we’re able to finish everything, I will be taking time to appreciate this paradise which I’ve been to for a couple times last year. My girlfriend used to live there for a year.
See you on my nest entry, maybe I’ll start with some formal blog entries regarding certain topic/niche.

It’s nice to hear that you’re still together.
What? “Horse Capital of the Philippines”? that’s interesting

Oh, by the way Mike, post entries that talk about you, your experiences, learning and opinions.
Wanna know what’s the latest on my friend
Haha… Sorry, city of horses rather. I’ve seen I-witness of GMA7, according to the documentary, even before the American developed Baguio City, horses reigned the road of Baguio City. Our Igorot folks raised horses for everyday use and as recreation. Until now the legacy remains, this must have explained the horse-back riding in one of the tourist destination in Baguio City.
Sorry Imay, I’ve been so busy in the past few weeks.
