Tropical Storm "Emong"

My mom tried to call me on my cellular phone yesterday while I was on my way home from our hospital duty in Valenzuela General Hospital. I wasn’t able to pickup the call because I haven’t noticed it besides I was so exhausted. Just now, I learned that our province was the most devastated by the typhoon. I’ve seen our neighbor (Vicky Castillo) in GMA7′s 24oras being interviewed because their house has been destroyed by the calamity. She even hanged their wet clothes on the power lines knocked down by “Emong” in the middle of the highway.

According to the news yesterday, the typhoon was bound to set the land in Bolinao in the evening, and Bani is just a town before center of the typhoon. But before learning the news today about the devastation, I’ve tried to call back my Mom, but their phones are turned off, maybe they’re saving the batteries for important usage since the the power lines are down. But my brother told me that, my parents called him when I’m in the University, so I need not to worry anymore.
