Microsoft's worst nightmare
This is Bill Gates worst nightmare, encoutering the G.ho.st. I hope Microsoft won’t close their windows.
Totally cloud computing. I already made an entry about this useful web-based service from the Ghost Inc before. A brochure of G.ho.st® VC we’ve found during the iBlog5 reminded me of this service which I have found 1 or 2 years ago. › Continue reading
Comment to Feed
I’ve recently wrote an entry about The Hunger Site. I am very much moved by the cause of the website and amazed on how the single click each day on The Hunger Site homepage that I made could have feed those who are in need, while helping them to start building a decent life.
I came up with this campaign inspired by The Hunger Site cause. But unlike the buttons on The Hunger Site homepage which an individual must click to contribute to the cause, as a blogger I would like to make use of my blogsite as an instrument for other bloggers, visitors and myself to DO something for this cause. I do not intend to replace The Hunger Site but giving my readers, and those who are already supporting The Hunger Site, the opportunity to make the reach of the help to more people everyday.
How can I help?
Starting June 1, 2009- Every comment on any topic posted on http://myphemaster.dejarme.net is equivalent to a cup of rice which will be donated to charities who provides feeding program for the needy.
I do not limit myself just by doing this campaign on my blog but also to volunteer personally with the feeding program during free days. Start commenting now to feed…

Yesterday, I’ve attended my first blogger event ever since I started my Aikee’s Corner. It was amazing to see several bloggers of all ages.
Saturday morning I woke up 3am. I haven’t decided if I’ll be going to the event or not. After 2 more hours, I got myself all dressed up and ready to go. Getting myself on the venue is not a problem, I took 20-minute FX ride to get to PHILCOA, and then another Jeepney ride going to U.P. Diliman Campus. It was my first time in the campus. I’ve only seen the University on the television and photos. I’ve been a little confused when I got inside the campus, I thought it would be just that easy when I saw it on wikimapia, but the Jeepney turned the otherside. But since I am early to arrive the venue, I decided to take a little tour around the campus and turn my misadventure the other way around. I’ve arrived at the College of Law premises without knowing it after a few walk and talk. You’re right I thought I am lost since I made Quezon Hall my landmark instead of Gonzalez Hall, but the security guards on each building inside the campus were very helpful, unlike in my school, LOL!

Tropical Storm "Emong"
My mom tried to call me on my cellular phone yesterday while I was on my way home from our hospital duty in Valenzuela General Hospital. I wasn’t able to pickup the call because I haven’t noticed it besides I was so exhausted. Just now, I learned that our province was the most devastated by the typhoon. I’ve seen our neighbor (Vicky Castillo) in GMA7’s 24oras being interviewed because their house has been destroyed by the calamity. She even hanged their wet clothes on the power lines knocked down by “Emong” in the middle of the highway.
According to the news yesterday, the typhoon was bound to set the land in Bolinao in the evening, and Bani is just a town before center of the typhoon. But before learning the news today about the devastation, I’ve tried to call back my Mom, but their phones are turned off, maybe they’re saving the batteries for important usage since the the power lines are down. But my brother told me that, my parents called him when I’m in the University, so I need not to worry anymore.
I am: Intel® Core™2 Duo processor
Our home desktop has been upgraded replaced from the ancient pentium3 processor to an Intel® Core™2 Duo processor. We’ve already configured everything before I went for my hospital duty this afternoon and when I went home this evening I immediately tested it until now (01:30). My big bro bought the CPU with his best bud yesterday evening but we haven’t had time to fix everything yet.
It’s so cool. haha… I’ve been time lag since my first hold of our P3 processor. Now I can use our home desktop to edit videos through Adobe Premiere and MS Movie Maker, or maybe play SecondLife at home and even faster loading of Adobe Photoshop or Flash without having the computer frozen.
Fast, fast, fast…means increased productivity ergo, profitability!
Rainy Days of Summer
I’ve read skeptical comments regarding Global Warming before. Some says, the idea was just a conspiracy of scientists just to instill fear. Another comment condemns the idea of the greenhouse gases. But wouldn’t you believe in the air you breath if you haven’t even seen it ever in your life?
It would always be difficult to believe in things you haven’t even seen ever before in your life. Unfortunately, we only get to believe too late, when we cannot do anymore to reverse or reduce the occurrence of the problem.
