Yesterday, I’ve attended my first blogger event ever since I started my Aikee’s Corner. It was amazing to see several bloggers of all ages.

Saturday morning I woke up 3am. I haven’t decided if I’ll be going to the event or not. After 2 more hours, I got myself all dressed up and ready to go. Getting myself on the venue is not a problem, I took 20-minute FX ride to get to PHILCOA, and then another Jeepney ride going to U.P. Diliman Campus. It was my first time in the campus. I’ve only seen the University on the television and photos. I’ve been a little confused when I got inside the campus, I thought it would be just that easy when I saw it on wikimapia, but the Jeepney turned the otherside. But since I am early to arrive the venue, I decided to take a little tour around the campus and turn my misadventure the other way around. I’ve arrived at the College of Law premises without knowing it after a few walk and talk. You’re right I thought I am lost since I made Quezon Hall my landmark instead of Gonzalez Hall, but the security guards on each building inside the campus were very helpful, unlike in my school, LOL!

I am: Intel® Core™2 Duo processor

Our home desktop has been upgraded replaced from the ancient pentium3 processor to an Intel® Core™2 Duo processor. We’ve already configured everything before I went for my hospital duty this afternoon and when I went home this evening I immediately tested it until now (01:30). My big bro bought the CPU with his best bud yesterday evening but we haven’t had time to fix everything yet.

It’s so cool. haha… I’ve been time lag since my first hold of our P3 processor. Now I can use our home desktop to edit videos through Adobe Premiere and MS Movie Maker, or maybe play SecondLife at home and even faster loading of Adobe Photoshop or Flash without having the computer frozen.

Fast, fast, fast…means increased productivity ergo, profitability!

Rainy Days of Summer

I’ve read skeptical comments regarding Global Warming before. Some says, the idea was just a conspiracy of scientists just to instill fear. Another comment condemns the idea of the greenhouse gases. But wouldn’t you believe in the air you breath if you haven’t even seen it ever in your life?

It would always be difficult to believe in things you haven’t even seen ever before in your life. Unfortunately, we only get to believe too late, when we cannot do anymore to reverse or reduce the occurrence of the problem.
